We are now looking for a results-oriented and operational HR partner for Nobina Care. In addition to being the largest public transport company in the Nordics, we are also Sweden's leading player in special passenger transport. We carry out trips that for various reasons cannot be made in the regular public transport, such as school transport, medical trips, special transport, and care trips. We make a difference for our passengers!
With us, you will have a business-oriented and practical HR role where you work closely with our managers in our operational business. You will be the one who makes HR work real by working closely with the business and with a full focus on creating results.
About the role
You will work broadly within the entire HR area, with a particular focus on supporting hands-on in issues such as labor law, collective agreements, union relations, work environment, rehabilitation, competence supply, and personnel balance. The role is a business-oriented and practical HR function where you work closely with our operational managers, and you independently drive cross-functional HR initiatives within Nobina Care.
The position is based in Solna, where we have new, fresh premises with access to a gym and pool. You will support our operations in Solna, the rest of the Stockholm area, and Västernorrland.
You will also in your work:
Support our line operations with overall development and progress within the HR area through hands-on work, the right tools, and proactive working methods based on business needs
Assist the operational managers in HR issues, such as labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, recruitment, and other matters that ensure we have the right personnel balance
Contribute to developing our data-driven methods within HR with a focus on goals, follow-up, and business benefits
Support the organization in change work, coach managers in leadership development, and drive the HR perspective in the business area's management group
About you
As a person, you are structured, pedagogical, and have a results-oriented working method. You build good relationships and work independently to achieve our common goals.
To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
Relevant higher education in HR
Several years of experience working in HR from personnel-intensive operations with white-collar and blue-collar employees, shifts, or 24/7 operations is highly meritorious
Experience in handling labor law issues of varying complexity and experience in union collaboration
Previous experience in work environment efforts from operational activities
Experience working data-driven with goals, KPIs, and reporting within HR
Good knowledge of Swedish & English, both spoken and written
